With the flood of offers reaching sellers' entrances, today's buyer is looking for a way to be different from the rest. Being financially sound is no longer the only thing that can get you to the winner's circle first. If a buyer is going to be successful in beating others with similar qualifications it is essential to have a competitive edge. It is possible to achieve this with a simple personalized, well-written letter presented as the cover to a formal home buyer's purchase offer. Visit:-  When the tour began, I noticed the owner bonding with my young couple. as we parted they were sure to be their new homeowners of this gorgeous home. After lunch, I spoke with the sellers agent, she said that her sellers were impressed with my buyers that they were willing to take their offer despite the fact that they received multiple offers in the first day. Most buyer agents don't have the opportunity to become close to sellers, but I gained a lot from that brief encounter. My job was to tailor my buyer's experience by writing a professional note that I could send as the cover of each purchase offer. The letter should paint a living, vivid picture of each buyer in a way that transcends the written word. The letter needed to be from the heart, connect with the sellers and express the genuine excitement about owning the house. Make Yourself Known: Put yourself in a good picture when talking about yourself. What features or characteristics make you standout as an "special" individual. Are you committed to your community, donate your time and so on. However, a word of caution to be humble and sincere. This is not the time to brag and be loud and brash. Pepper it with Personality Let your heart express your real emotions, feelings and excitement. Your honesty and genuineness will shine through. After all, you aren't losing anything, and every thing to gain. What makes you love the home Make sure you connect emotionally and honestly tell the seller why you are awed by the house and why you want to live there. Pick your preferred spot within the house and explain it. "I really love the backyard oasis and can't wait to spend many wonderful afternoons swimming in the pool". I Love Thy Neighborhood: Many buyers picked a home based upon the neighborhood that surrounds the home. The seller loved it and you should too. Another way to make contact with the seller. Then, express your feelings in few sentences. " I will enjoy taking evening walks along the relaxing moonlit trails". Imagine Yourself Living In The Home This is a fantastic aspect to add to the closing paragraph. If a young couple is purchasing, tell them how thrilled they are to have their own family and spend many enjoyable years enjoying good times and creating memories. Your words are bound to flow when you begin writing. This should be your emotional punch line that connects the seller to the buyer so much that they shout out " I like these buyers and want them to live in my home!" Financially Stability: Hopefully your buyer is financially sound and you can shout about it. A little exaggeration can be beneficial. A long-term career with a Fortune 500 company or a new and up-and-coming professional with a bright and promising career can help you attract the attention of the seller. Sellers feel more comfortable when the buyer is financially secure. Also, don't forget to include a Pre-Qualification form with your package. It's another element of an acceptance that is successful.
