Choosing and Changing Your Destiny, Parental Conditioning and Free Will
Choosing and Changing Your Destiny, Parental Conditioning and Free Will
Imagine life as a painting by numbers. In essence, we're talking about a painting based on numbers, not about a blank canvas! Each of us came to the workshop with a special painting and set of pencils that we could use to color our own painting. Each tiny painting (representing an individual's plan to a particular time in his life) forms part a bigger picture and all paintings are connected to form a larger overall picture (though we don't normally see that because our brains are too focused and self-centered to appreciate this kind of beautiful thing). Now, let's think about some very important issues continuing to use the painting metaphor. For starters, we all have each of us a painting we want to paint and we all have all the pencils needed to complete coloring our painting before we pass away. This means that you come not only with your own destiny (your personal painting) but also with the tools needed to realize your dream (all the pencils that you'll require are provided to you as a unique possibility that is inside your). Second, you may or may not finish coloring your artwork during your lifetime - for example, you could get confused and begin working on someone else's artwork or find the right pencils for coloring your artwork (this could happen if you keep looking outside of yourself and/or attempt to steal other people's pencils) and you might spend your life trying to get a different painting to color thinking you don't like yours. Now, even though it seems like you don't have the right to decide what you paint as it's merely your destiny however, it was your soul that made the decision to paint that painting as well as the pencils. So, there is your free choice right there on soul level. Importantly, you can transform the situation into a freedom in the present by consciously accepting the destiny that your soul already chose. Make a decision today to begin working on your own painting with the colors of your own (your unique talent). This is called "aligning with destiny" or "hearing the call of your soul". What can you do to achieve this? Try introspection, contemplation prayer, and meditation. Quiet the mind. Be thankful. And don't forget to seek out therapy as that can help immensely when all else fails. Interestingly enough, your soul didn't only choose your canvas based on numbers. It also chose your parents to be influenced by and be influenced by. Your parents (as well as any other significant person you meet later in life) are simply showing you how to appreciate yourself (because they truly reflect you). The conflict we have with our parents may be an expression of inner conflicts. Our affection for our parents is our love for ourselves. By accepting fully our parents (who we already chose at a soul level) as well as accepting the person we are (with each of us with all our shadows and dark corners). This is the second step in establishing your conscious free will today: choose and accept your parents , and respect them for who they truly are. They represent you and all of your shadows that conditioning tries to hide and teach you how to accept yourself as a whole (not only ones that are the "good" parts that you often put on your display). How you can do this is to practice introspection, contemplation, meditation and prayer. Relax your mind and listen to your soul. If you are unable to do it by yourself Go to therapy and seek assistance. Accepting your parents will not only allow you to love yourselfbut will also start to dissolve the conditioning since it is nothing else but an attempt to hide shadows (of fear and anger, jealousy, inadequacy, etc.). If you are able to break down your conditioning, it is the final, third component of your free will. You can now paint in any color you'd like. If your parents have told you that your sky was blue, however you see it as a mixture of red and some orange then you can use the free option to paint your sky pinky-orange (as as you've got those pencils for color in your toolkit, obviously). But remember that you can also create pink by mixing red and white Also, you have the ability to make orange by mixing red and yellow... infinitely possibilities as long as we are free from our conditioning). To sum up, you won't get to pick a different painting for this particular time or different children, yet it's up to you how pretty your soul-chosen painting will turn out when you're done with your life. You have the option of choosing which color you prefer, and you can mix your colors and create new ones in any way you like. This is not where you start. Instead, you begin by eliminating the conditioning by being in love with what is the first. And the more you love what you have it, the more liberty you are to think differently. Therefore, don't be a slave to (for the thing you don't like, persists). The only way to get full access to free will is by simply accepting and loving what is.
